Voice your opinion (talk page) WP:SNOW
Skyler13 (talk · contribs) 00:07, 19 June 2008 (UTC) I am practically addicted to Wikipedia. Almost no joke. I'm on here every day and am always editing things but I almost always don't think to log on so it says I've made less edits than I actually have. I never really realized the importance since I never read about the different levels of users. I've been on here for years so I've gotten a hand of wikipedia. Everybody ALWAYS criticizes me about going on here and how I trust it. I try to tell them how they have people cleaning it up but they still insist things are wrong. And, truthfully, I've learned so much from here. I've learned more than I can even imagine. I thank wikipedia with all of my heart. I very much support Wikipedia and want to help it to be EVEN better![reply]
Questions for the candidate
editDear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I plan to help to keep people from going in and writing rediculous things in articles like saying that Thomas Jefferson's favorite cookie was a dinosaur or something. I'll make sure to try to help to go over some of the changes and to make sure nothing's clearly wrong. I'll also help to keep things running as smoothly as I can.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: I have made a lot (even though most of the time I wasn't loged on) of contributions to wikipedia. I have made two pages (one on Oliver Steeds [although I couldn't find very much info. on him so it's lacking] and I made the article about Mutt Jones), I have fixed a number of typos I've come accross, I've added information on stuff that I've learned about at school, et c.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: It's never happened. Yes, I have tried to make pages which have been turned down and deleted but I didn't react in any way. In fact, it turned out that one of them was already a different page. I was okay though, it didn't matter. I also tried to make one on a website of me and my friends' but it's deletion, now that I think of it, was, in fact, justified. I plan to respect all other people and to explain any page deletions to people thoroughly and with reasoning. I won't be brash and not think about their feelings. I'll always consider their feelings and think of them as the human beings that they are.

edit- Oppose Sorry - You have less than 500 edits, with under 100 to the mainspace. You also have poor edit summary usage. Come back in 3 to 4 months of active editing, with better edit summary usage, and working in admin areas such as AIV, UAA, and RFPP. Sorry, « Milk's Favorite Cøøkie 00:34, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
